I have over 12 years of experience working both in mental health and physical health and wellness. I earned my Master's in 2010 in Mental Health Counseling, and then went on to become certified in personal training, group fitness, yoga, pre/post natal fitness, and most recently a certified sleep consultant.
I have experience in group, corporate, and educational settings as well as working closely one on one with clients. I am passionate about helping women find the tools to feel vibrant, healthy, and strong during challenging seasons of life.
My mission is to support women to regain vitality, health and wellness in this demanding stretch of life.
I offer comprehensive wellness plans as well as a la carte services including movement/personal training, sleep training for babies and children, lifestyle coaching, physical movement coaching such as yoga and personal training, as well as mental health support throughout your journey.
Jamie always delivers a challenging workout, and she varies the sessions enough to keep me motivated, and her vast knowledge of a variety of exercises makes her an amazing trainer!
